Commenting on his appointment, Ed said: “I am looking forward to working with the Gravis team who, over the last 14 years, have developed an impressive reputation in making and managing sustainable infrastructure investments. Gravis have been ground-breaking in so many areas and I look forward to contributing to the leadership team and working on the next chapter in their story, following their partnership with Orix in 2021. Phil Kent, Director at Gravis, commented: “We are delighted that Ed has chosen to join us, and we look forward to working with such an experienced professional in the sustainable infrastructure sector. In particular, his knowledge and experience of the new asset classes that support the transition to net zero will add significant strength to our team.”
Ed will lead the energy and infrastructure team at Gravis, contributing to the management of existing funds (including GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited) and the development and implementation of new energy and infrastructure direct investment strategies.
