GCP Infrastructure Investments

Celebrating 15 years of purposeful investing

Since its IPO in 2010, GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited has been at the forefront of delivering long-term, sustainable income through investments in essential UK infrastructure. Born out of the post-financial crisis environment, GCP stepped into a funding gap left by traditional lenders, supporting projects with clear social and environmental purpose. From its beginnings with a £40 million raise and five PFI-backed investments, GCP has grown into one of the UK’s most diversified infrastructure investors, and has deployed nearly £2 billion across 17 infrastructure segments.

Fifteen years on, GCP's track record includes early investments in renewables and pioneering support for supported living accommodation. With over £1,000 in income returned per £1,000 invested since launch, and a portfolio that remains robust, resilient, and inflation-protected, the Company continues to evolve with the market. This milestone marks not just a celebration of the past, but a renewed commitment to building a sustainable future.
