The Board of the Company announces that it is satisfied that any inside information which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to the announcement of the Interim Financial Results for the six months ended 31 March 2023 has been announced to the market. The Company is therefore not prohibited from repurchasing its own shares, during the period prior to the release of its interim results. The Board anticipates that the Interim Financial Results will be announced to the market on or around Wednesday, 21 June 2023.
