As at close of business on 31 December 2010, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share of the Company was 97.67 pence.
The unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share of the Company is based on the latest unaudited net asset value per Income Share of GCP Infrastructure Fund Limited (the "Master Fund") of 101.52 pence but taking into account the cash and other assets held by the Company, accrued liabilities and expenses and leverage (if any) of the Company.
