The Board of Directors of GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited are pleased to declare an Interim Dividend of 2.30 pence per Ordinary share which will be paid on 24 June 2011 to the holders of Ordinary shares recorded on the Register of Members of the Company on 3 June 2011. The ex-dividend date is 1 June 2011.
The Company will be announcing its Half Year results for the period to 31 March 2011 on 31 May 2011.
