The Company today announces that the 10,000 unlisted subscriber ordinary shares which were created on incorporation of the Company but not paid up (the"Unlisted Shares") have been surrendered and subsequently cancelled. As previously notified the total voting rights of the Company is 42,500,000 ordinary shares.
