As at 1 June 2012, the Company's issued share capital consists of 109,559,295 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 109,559,295.
The above figure (109,559,295) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
