In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, today announces that further to the Company's announcement on 22 November 2017, 359,717 ordinary shares have been admitted to the Premium Listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings have commenced on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. today.
As at 1 December 2017, the Company's issued share capital consists of 791,326,842 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights.
The above figure of 791,326,842 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GCP Infra, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
